The highest praise anyone has ever been able to offer the Diddle Story franchise is that it's not just a great series of movies for kids, information technology's too a great series of movies for adults. Simultaneously family friendly, yet non arch or idiotic is a tough target to hit, but Pixar has an eldritch mastery of such things, and this Hallowe'en special apparently follows in the footsteps of its cinematic predecessors.
"There was some headache early on about non making it too scary for kids," says theater director Angu MacLane. "I think we've done a good job of reconciliation staying faithful Toy Story and staying true to the genre. Every bit far as adults are concerned, I've always thought that we make these movies for ourselves."
"I think information technology's funny and like the other Toy Story films, I think there is plenty of englut in in that respect that only adults will drive," MacLane adds.
